I started my journey way back in 1992 from the city of Pearls - Hyderabad at a very early age of 18 with 10 Downing Street as a management trainee. During my initial days I was so scared and needless to say I was very new to the industry and clueless on how the system works.
I had absolutely no idea that I would be working in one of the most professionally managed organisations of the country as I would be working under the true visionaries of the F & B business Mr. T.N. Mohanram Reddy(Grandson of Former President of India Hon. Shri. Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy ) MR.G. Vinodh Reddy (The man behind the concepts like ladies night, park your bottle concepts which the entire night club fraternity is following in the country today) and Mr.E.Prahlad Rao.
My journey with 10 Downing Street continued for a good 28 years during my tenure as the Country Head the brand emerged as one of the biggest pub chains in India. Even though I aced my professional career to scalable heights, I was always fascinated towards consulting services, and that is what nitty gritty's is all about.
Let me be very honest with you, in F&B unless you are directly involved in the business you will never understand the complexity of this industry. All along the journey of my 28 years in the F & B industry, I have learned a lot through trials and tribulations of success and failures across the country in different regions catering to different palates. During this exciting journey I was fortunate enough to have worked with numerous creative minds, exceptionally talented artists, great investors and excellent channel partners. This long and eventful career has taught me the finer aspects of business that have carried me to success in the F&B industry.
Final Verdict:
In F&B business failure being so common, we at nitty gritty understand that the only tool which will keep you in business is knowledge. We hope to pass on our insights and understandings of what it takes to create a successful concept.
